At Active Smart Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at glomajuwa@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
